Standard Projector and SmartBoards Install Packages

This service is normally only for Educational establishments but Business pricing can be arranged.

What's included in the standard installation package?

• Verify condition of all boxes and components.
• Verify the availability of Customer-provided physical site and power.
• Telephone based site survey.
• Qualified Technical Engineer.
• Universal ceiling mount bracket (under 4m in height).
• Set up of wall bracket or Floor/table stand
• Video and data cabling to a single source (up to 10m distance).
• Custom facility plate for : 1xVGA, 1xPC Audio, 1xComposite Video, 1x Audio Left/Right.
• White surface mounted trunking.
• Installation of projection screen or SmartBoard
• Connection of SmartBoard to PC/Laptop via USB.
• Installation of any relevant SmartBoard software.
• All fixings and consumables.
• Testing and comissioning.
• Sign off certification.

Customer Responsibilities

It is the Customer’s responsibilities to:

• Carefully review this statement of work for the installation services purchased.
• Ensure that adequate power outlets and cabling are suitably located, installed and tested prior to the installation.
• Ensure that environmental/technical prerequisites have been met.
• Ensure all equipment required for the installation is placed in the immediate area.
• Designate an area in the same building where the installer should place rubbish.
• Provide the installer with any necessary configuration information, network passwords etc to complete the installation.
• Ensure a suitable customer contact is available at all times while engineer is on site.
• Health and Safety of the engineer while on site.
• Other reasonable actions to enable the service to be satisfactorily completed.

Service Exclusions

• Installations over 4m in height.
• This service does not include power installation related activities.
• This service does not include installation of products nor application activity other than as specifically noted.
