Stocks of replacement printers will be monitored and reviewed regularly, but should a permanent exchange printer not be available, you will be offered the following Fast-track solution:

Fast-track product exchange. A replacement product will be dispatched from EPSON to the Express Service Centre.

Please note that all times and dates for servicing, repair or replacement are target times set by Epson. They are not a guarantee that service, repair or replacement will be carried out within the times quoted. ACS cannot guarantee that a replacement will be available should your printer not be repairable.
