At last .... time to evaluate, and an eventual opportunity to reflect on my experience in dealing with ACS.

From "day one"... both my initial visit to the store & subsequent email enquiries to your office were both helpful & informative. My purchases since, were dealt with in a timely fashion, and executed with extreme dedication to customer service. Irrespective of difficulties "along the way" the nature of any, and all issues were addressed swiftly & without question. Your staff are pleasant, courteous and no matter the subject are always welcoming and able to assist. (though I'm still awaiting the coffee) ..........

Your competitors - most of the time are inexperienced, incompetent and feedback from most of my colleagues suggest they suffer much in the way of lost business because of it, so ...... credit to you all.

You remain highly recommended, and I look forward to further dealings with your company.
