I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the ACS team, especially James, Chris & David. Over the past 2 or 3 years my family has purchased at least three laptops, as ' well as other pieces of hardware & software from ACS.

I am 54 years old & I have struggled with my lack of technical knowledge over this period (& longer). I have even had some queries not related to anything I have purchased from them. They have not hesitated in given me assistance with any problem I have had.

My disbelief with ACS as a fast developing company is that, no matter how rapidly they have grown, the customer service is beyond belief. It has never altered from the first day I encountered them. The Staff don't change, the attitude doesn't change, nor does the service.

They always recognise you & greet you. You are always welcomed, no matter how big a pest you are. Or maybe think you are.

The friends that I have recommended to go there with their inherited problems are also surprised at the quality of service, reliability & friendliness of all the staff, non of them have come away without being well chuffed.

ACS are a rare modern company, why? ..... You ring & get a name, you get put through to who you ask for, you know the engineer's name who's working on your unit, you are made aware of the problem & progress, it's explained to you in terms you understand, they always ring you back, they don't give up until a problem is solved. Not only that, their charges are what they quote, they don't increase their charge because they have spent more time than they thought, to get to the root of the problem).

Where else do you get this service ... Not at PC world, or anywhere else that I know of!

I thought this service was dead & gone! It has in most places!

Does ACS stand for ‘Astounding Customer Service?’
It should do!
