As promised, here's a message saying that I’ve got the computer. Internet and my mail account up and running c/w my old address book and all my contacts (although I haven’t found my old mail messages yet). There's still a lot to do to get things how I want them to look and, at present. I'm not sure how to do certain things but 'm sure I'll get there ,in the end. I've tried to Import my old 'Favourites' list in to the new IE. settings but nave failed so far.

Thank you for obtaining the Pipex Support number for me, alter contacting them it transpired that I missed a '3' out of the ‘user’ address name. all is well in that respect now but i’ll just need to press-on in other respects.

I hope to hear from you soon about a new System but after this little episode I definitely would use Your installation service
