Hello, A few weeks ago I decided to buy a new PC. I looked at the usual places, PC World, Dell and a local company. I decided to go for DCS in Copley Rd, so I went up, told them what I wanted and got a price. Then I remembered ACS, you had just opened so I thought I'd give you a try, not expecting you to outprice a small local shop. How wrong I was.

I saw a young man named James, who ran through my choices. I gave him the printout from DCS to see if you could come close. He did better, beating the DCS price by £25. I ordered my new PC on the Tuesday and got a 'phone call as promised on the Friday to come and pick it up (including a better monitor!)

James was there again, very friendly and helpful, he answered all my questions and also helped me choose an internet security package.

All in all a very pleasant experience aided by pleasant and helpful staff. I'm sure you will get many complaints as you go on trading, which is why I have written to thank you for the treatment I received. Let's hope this carries on and doesn't peter out like some other large stores who, once they have a customer base seem to forget we can shop elsewhere.
