Dear Chris,
As you are aware, Guns and Knives Take Lives is the ongoing schools initiative delivering a powerful, impactive presentation to 14 and 15 year old pupils in South Yorkshire on the dangers of guns and knives.

The presentation has gone from strength to strength in the 3 years since its inception, and the number of firearms incidents we have attended has reduced drastically.

Guns and Knives Take Lives is now part of the school’s curriculum for year 9 pupils in South Yorkshire, and is also Core Business for South Yorkshire Police.

On behalf of the officers involved in Operation Octave, may I formally thank you and your staff for your continued help and support in providing technical assistance and advice when needed. The fact that you were even prepared to go and watch a presentation and fine-tune the technical aspect, is a credit 10 you and ACS Computers.

On more than one occasion, you have shown your willingness to drop everything at short notice when we have experienced technical difficulties, which has ensured that we have been able to meet all our obligations.
