As a new start-up who relies heavily on IT, the use of my laptop is crucial to the smooth running of my business. So when I came to your store I was looking for efficient service and support to ensure my existing laptop was replaced swiftly to create minimal disruption to my business.

I would like to thank Mr Radcliffe for his advice and support which helped me in purchasing an Acer Aspire 8930 from you and minimised the amount I spent shopping for one. His efficiency meant that within 24 hours I was able to resume my work. It is refreshing to be served by someone who has a strong customer focus and is happy to go the extra mile to ensure his clients get the possible service. He also ensured that all my files were backed up on my new laptop which was very useful (sadly my itunes music and photo files appear to have gone missing during the transfer).
