I am writing to thank you for your help to the club in its purchase of a new laptop.

As well as offering the Toshiba laptop at a good price you were willing to install the extra memory and software that we required without a problem.

I was particularly pleased though that you had the time and patience later, when we were having difficulties connecting the machine to our projector, to take us through the necessary settings.  Your patience with technically ignorant customers was most impressive!
