I felt I wanted to drop you a short message to let you know how much I appreciate your staff at the Superstore on Wheatley Hall Road.  I have been into the shop quite a few times and found your staff to be inobtrusive when browsing round but very helpful when I wanted too buy anything. 

So far this year I have bought 2 laptops, both with extended warranty and I have recommended your store to anyone who is thinking of buying anything to do with computers.  Every one of your staff I have had contact with made me feel like a valued customer, not just someone putting money in the till.
