May I say how excellent your sales lady Katie was when serving my mother. We asked Katie a few times about different things which she answered, and then left us, for us to keep looking around. Katie helped, did not hassle and made us feel confident in the product and business, so much so that my Mother (aged 81 and with all her faculties) bought an ACER laptop computer there and then.

The ACER laptop computer was it breeze to set up (presumably for me because I work on computers 7 ½ hours a day). But we also knew a good back-up system would be available for us should we require it.

I was so impressed with the ACER laptop and service that I have also been to your Store to buy one myself.

My Mother is getting used to sending e-mails to my daughters and it helps her keep in touch with the family. She is a very intelligent woman and I am very proud of her being able to pick up computing so well. The way that Katie described the computer, and answered my mother’s questions. I think, helped her feel confident about the product.
