To whoever is in charge at ACS.

Before Easter myself and my wife purchased an Acer laptop along with Microsoft Office 2007. This e-mail is a way of showing our appreciation towards Andy, who talked us through how to use Windows Vista (only ever used Windows 98 and a lot has changed!) and the internet/e-mail.

Polite and helpful when talking Andy took the time and effort to go through several Different specifications with us, explaining the pros and cons of each model. After we had made our decision on which laptop to buy Andy then taught me and my wife on the counter, step-by-step, how to use our newly purchased toy, something that were certain other computer retailer, wouldn't do!

I will never look anywhere else when regarding computer equipment as Andy has given me great confidence in your organisation to support and guide me through today's technological minefields !

Now, whether this gets passed to a manager or gets sent to the wrong place. Please make sure that Andy gets d pat on the back for excellent and outstanding customer service!
